Venue Pricing 

• Monday– Thursday: $100 per hour (minimum 3 hours)
• Friday & Sunday: $150 per hour (minimum 4 hours)
• Saturday & Holidays: $200 per hour (minimum 4 hours)
• Includes tables and chairs up to 100 guests

Wedding Package $2,400

• 3 hours Friday for rehearsal and setup
• Saturday 9am-10pm
• Traditional seating or California style (65 guests)
• Includes table linens
• Centerpieces and ceremony arbor 
• Champagne toast

Misc Items 

• Table linens (white) $20 each
• Centerpieces $20 each
• Arbor rental $50
• Bartending service $400

Payment Terms

• 50% down non-refundable deposit to reserve  
• Remaining balance due 30 days prior to event date
• Damage Deposit for damage or excessive cleaning
  • $200
