Venue Pricing 

• Sunday – Friday: $125 per hour (minimum of 3 hours)
• Saturday: $150 per hour (minimum of 4 hours)
• Includes tables and chairs up to 100 guests

Same Day Wedding Ceremony to Reception Table Setup Fee 

• Under 32 Guests: $50 
• 33 – 64 Guests: $75
• 65 – 100 Guests: $100 
• Not required for California style seating

Misc Items For Rent

• Table cloths (white) $20 each
• Centerpieces  $20 each
• Arbor rental: $50

Payment Terms

• 20% down non-refundable fee to reserve  
• Remaining balance due 30 days prior to event date
• Damage Deposit for damage or excessive cleaning
  • $200 No Alcohol present
  • $500 With Alcohol served
